Received a call today from an unknown number at 16:58 - Normal:
"Hello how are you, is this mr G F, i'd like to offer you the pre-approved R75 airtime deal with a new cellphone, we can get it to you next week etc etc"
I asked what I would need this for, as I am a contract customer.
They pushed that I need the airtime as an addition - said that doesn't make sense.
I asked to be removed and not called again from Vodacom, the call centre agent said they can't do that and I need to call the DMA to be removed (i'm already on the DMA removal list). I said something like "I need to call the DMA to be removed" to which the responded you need to f4cking call the DMA...
A bit shocked, asked if calls were recorded, they said yes, asked for name and superviser, they said G F - I told them to give details and they started going on a tangent...

Disgusting.
