Furniture City ruiend my Credit Record

I am appalled by the response i received from Furniture City regarding my past report.

First and foremost Furniture City refuses to take accountability for negligence caused by a member of their staff after misleading me telepathically regarding my first installment date. My account has now gone into arrears and my credit record has been compromised. They refuse to take accountability for their lack of competency.

They refuse to pull recordings however state that calls are recorded for quality and control purposes.
They are always happy and willing to accept and make payment arrangements on the phone which have nothing to do with what is stipulated in the initial contract and without signing of any documents thereafter and will hold you by it as a verbal agreement. Yet when i was called by a consultant telling me that my first installment is not actually in January as per agreement but will be billed end of February they have come back to tell me that there is nothing they can do about it and have not only gotten my credit record messed up which was on point before the nightmare of purchasing from such a negligent bunch of people My study Loan has been declined due to this.
