Cell C Phishing my details and not responding

I requested an upgrade on the 9th November 2013. Two consultants called me thereafter to ask questions such as my ID number, residential address bank details etc. I was called a second time to confirm my detailssoon thereafter. I took out a new 2gig plus (3gig midnight) package for R99 per month.
No one has called me back to confirm the debit order date or when the contract will commence.
I write to cell c customer support who gave my a reference number and that was the last I heard.
I think cell c representatives are Phishing information.
I have been waiting for contact since I queried on the 9th Novembe
