Vodacom
No Network

In the Witzenberg valley, outside Ceres, Vodacom is the only working Network provider. Our company relies on the use of cellphones in our day to day business. For more than a month now the network goes down multiple times a day, staying down from minutes to hours, I've tried logging complaints with customer care to no avail, and tried contacting a Vodacom technical Officer, but of all the messages left and e-mails sent, we have received no feedback and the no service problem continues!!!
