Vodacom Partners with Bogus company Buongiornio SA

I was appalled to have recently requested itemised billing on my Vodacom account - only to find that a company by the name of Buongiornio SA has partnered with Vodacom and is deducted R5.00 every 5 days from my vodacom account!!

I called Vodacom about it and they gave me a number to call for Buongiornio SA and upon trying to talk to somebody to find out how long they have been deducted UNAUTHORISED funds from me, there was no person to talk to only a pre-recorded message saying the same thing over and over.

I am so shocked that a company of Vodacom's size and professionalism would actually partner with a company that is committing!!! They are unduly taking money from innocent people and it is totally unacceptable!!!

This is not what I thought Vodacom was about and need to rethink my business with them in the future.
