I arrived at MTN in Meyerton franchise on2-12-2013.The assistant was having a chat with her boyfriend, who was behind the counter as well, while ignoring me. She filled in a repair/update report as I explained what was wrong with my Blackberry 9900. Michelle was also sitting behind the counter. She was so rude/abrupt as I inquired about the reason for the phone to be sent in for repairs. The lady informed me that it will take one week for an software update. Tuesday 10 Dec as I inquired over the phone if my phone was ready for collection she informed me it will only be ready by 31 December? THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I told her to get the phone back from the repairers. I arrived at the front door at 16h55 on Tuesday 10 December 2013. The black lady, a very white male and Michelle all looked up at me but did not open the locked door. As I proceeded to phone the emergency number on the window as their closing time is displayed as 17h00, Michelle came out lit a cigarette and instructed the lady to fetch my phone which had never even been sent for repairs. 8 days had gone by and phone still at the franchise!!! 2 other people I know of experienced bad attitude/untrained staff/rud
