How many times does a person have to request a change of banking details before it can be done???!!! I have been trying since October to get my account type changed from a Savings to a Cheque but ALAS!!! a simple change like that is not so simple to this cell phone provider. I have bounced debit orders out of my account 2 months later and yet it is no ones problem but mine!!! I have called twice today alone... to talk to someone before escalating the problem... and twice the line has been cut off, despite me even saying to the consultant, do not transfer me as there are ALWAYS problems with Virgin Mobile and their telephone capabilities. The second call I made I was on the line for 29 minutes and then got cut off!!! I AM FUMING AND DISGUSTED AT THEIR PATHETIC ATTEMPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
