I contacted Virgin Mobile early March to advise them that I needed to change my debit order date due to the fact that I am changing jobs and will only be paid on the very last day of the month. I made the request via their website - and that same afternoon, I received a phone call to confirm the change and activate it. It seemed like a quick and easy process and at the time I was impressed by the level of service.
I have now checked my bank account and Surprise, Surprise! My account has been debitted, ABSOLOUTLY NO CHANGE WAS MADE TO THE DATE! This means that my account has gone into OVERDRAFT, something I was hoping to avoid! I want to know now, firstly why couldn't a simple request be followed thru, and who is going to cover the cost of my overdraft rate, since YOUR STAFF could not follow a simple instruction!!
This is enough to ensure, once this contract is up for renew, that I move to a different service provider!!!
