Unpleasant First Eperience

I went to the Vodacom store in Cresta to Port my number. I was assigned to one of the sales people who, as soon as I said I want to port" his face fell a mile! From then on I got "sighs" and "tuts" he was so irritated and became downright rude. I asked if I could get a VCom micro sim. His answer "we don't give them to prepaid". How bizzare!
What a welcome to Vodacom. I write this not because I expect any reply but to make Vodacom aware that there is more to customer service than just selling contacts.
