Pay for somting and not geting it

So if you pay for a coke and its not coke int he content you will refund it and get a coke?

Telkom wants me to pay for a smart plan 100 and only get a smart plan 50?

for 6 months paying for a smart plan 100 and not getting it so every month I go over and need to pay out of bundle rats on top of the fact that I am paying for more than I get?

complaining for 3 weeks and no response hey say the case is closed but the problem is not fixed,

Ill give telkom till Friday to fix this there after Ill take this to the next level, they are in breach of contract as I am paying and not getting what I'm paying fo
