Wrong Info caused wrong billing

I was contacted by one of Vodacoms Call Center agents that offered to upgrade my current plan to a new Smart M. Which she explained to me and I agreed because it was CHEAPER then my current plan. Then I asked, I have another 2 accounts with you, can you check if the Smart M plan would also be CHEAPER then the current plans I'm on. Vodacoms systems were offline at that point she offered to phone me back, she did. I then accepted to change another one of my accounts to the Smart M plan under the conditions it would be CHEAPER then the current. I received my statement today 27/5/13 and see I'm paying R148 more on the 2de account I changed to the Smart M, then I've been paying for the past year on the old plan. Your Calls are recorded please check up on that. I will not pay more then I used too.
