BAD ONGOING SERVICE

Dear Tshego and Telkom

You guys are a joke and an embarassment, my internet fault has still not be fixed and I have made countless calls with promises that I or my tenant will be called back and still nothing. This has been going on for 5 weeks. We are now waiting for a further promised call which obviously is not going to happen. What is the matter with you guys!!! This is really shocking service and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
