Forced to pay more than necessary

I opened a telkom landline and adsl in July 2013 and have just received the most horrible service from start to finish starting with the "free 3G device" that I was suppose to receive when I opened the account, but only received months later. Then there was an issue with my account payment, my payment was overdue so i went into Telkom and asked how much is due, they then gave me an amount of which I paid immediately. The very next day I found that my line had been cut and that I would be liable for a reconnection fee. That was when i decided to have the line completely disconnected which was about 2 months ago. They advised me to call 10210 from any landline which became difficult for me because I had now moved to a new residence, How ever i decided to call every day from work during my lunch break which is an hour to find that i wasted my time on hold every lunch break for more than 2 weeks. Today I finally got through only to find out that I will be liable for yet ANOTHER months rental due to the 30 day disconnection notice even though I have been trying to contact their call center for it to be disconnected since 1st October. Due to "HIGH CALL VOLUMES" I have to pay more??!
