I have ordered a device on the 3rd of April 2013. I have received an sms regarding it has been processed. i have received a call to confirm everything.By the tenth of April i have received an sms stating that it has been passed on to their courier service and that they will contact me.

The courier service was Enginuity.

The courier service has contacted me three time to confirm my confirm my address. Only on the third time did my information actually get inserted properly. After all phone calls they promised me my device will be delivered between three to 5 working days and then between the 3 to 5 days they will phone me again to ask where they need to deliver the device.

i have been promised 3 times already that i would have my device and i still dont have it.

When i phone fnb, they say they try all their can and give me another date when it will be delivered and it never is.

I am an fnb client not an Enginuity client.

FNB is late on my delivery and as per terms of the CPA on late delivery i shouldn't pay for the device.

I want FNB to fix up their courier company and get their act together.
