Pathetic waiting period from customer service

I've been on hold, waiting to speak to a consultant for the past 30min and it's my third time calling in a 2hr period. What kind of customer care are you supplying to your loyal customers if we can't even get hold of a consultant when dialling 111. Each time I try to call, I'm on hold for 30min and decide to end the call instead because that is 30min of mt life I will never get back, each time I try and get throught to a consultant
