I upgraded my handset in early November, at the time I did this the consultant told me the insurance department was closed because it was after 5pm so she told me to contact them myself the following day. Since then I try calling but I'm on hold for more than 30min until I just hang up. This is so unprofessional. I went to the MTN store and informed them and they told me that there is nothing they can do because that is the same number they call. Now I'm on my second month without any insurance because I can't get any consultant to pick up my call.
