No service delivery, Vodacom is Appalling!!!

On the 7/11/13 we requested an upgrade that we were due to receive, about a week later, Ram arrived with the phone in question, but the Invoice that had been produced had all the incorrect information on it, they left with the phone and insured us that the matter would be rectified by the next day... It is now the 10/12/12 and we still have not received the cellphone, i have spoken to so many different people and all of them tell me a different story as to what is happening, why it has taken so long and WHY we still do not have the cellphone... i have had to give them the correct information 3 times, i am then told they have no stock, then i am told they have to re-invoice the phone, then i am told that it has not been invoiced yet, AND THEN i am told the phone was received by someone named baba long??? we have NEVER received anything i have been promised by these people for over 3weeks now that the phone is on its way and still nothing... is this really the way VODACOM operates?? if so we are prepared to take our business elsewhere, its absurd to say the least, so where do we go from here???
