Charged twice for handset buyout fee

Hi

When doing an upgrade at your cape gate branch i was told to go and do a deposit of R700 as an early upgrade/handset buyout fee. Fair enough, i did this and provided the store the deposit slip

But now im on my account i am charged again for it and my accouny is over R1000. And trying to get through to ur account department is a joke. Please sort it out and call me!

I want my money back
