I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of Cell C coverage that I receive on my phone AND dongle!

I have a S4 contract which I took out with Nashua Mobile in Jun 2013 and a 2 gig data package on my mobile which I upgraded to a cheaper option in Feb/March. I've had minimal issues connecting to the internet until I moved from Milnerton to the Strand (Western Cape) four months ago. Since I've moved, I've struggled EVERY time I've wanted to connect to the internet, with both devices. Either I get snail-paced coverage which takes forever to load a page, or I get coverage only to have the service drop continuously.

Now, I've checked on Cell C's coverage map, and they do offer service to the Strand area. I've complained via twitter, and spoken on numerous occassions to Cell C AND Nashua Mobile consultants. I have received the necessary settings (it still hasn't helped). Three months later, the issue is still not resolved and I'm highly frustrated. I'm paying almost R700 a month for a service I don't fully get to use. Now Nashua Mobile tells me it's a Cell C problem. I don't care! I want it fixed!

I then lodged a detailed complaint on 25 Nov 2013. Still no resolution.
