Phone repairs

I have contract phone with vodacom, Motorola MB525, received april 2012, since may 2012 phone switches off while in conversation. i loose all my numbers, messages, and i cant connect to the internet. ive lost jobs because phone switches off. was send in already 7 times, new advanced battery, same problem. dont have phone for months when its in at Advanced Repair C in jhb, get phone back with statement saying NO REPAIR was done. spoke to nicole from ARC and was promised a new phone as replacement. nothing happens. its clearly a factory fault. now vodacom branche in tzn crossing centre returned my phone saying nothing can be done!! this is unacceptable. my last job nr was 8695119
