I had an issue with my Nokia Lumia speaker could not hear when someone is speaking when answering the phone, but when I plug in the head phones it was working fine. I tried doing a hard reset and for some reason it did not go off hard rest. The next day 26/11/2013 I took the phone in to Nashua and dealt with Owen. He sent my phone in for evaluation and I was told that someone will phone me and give me feedback with in 48 hours. on the 9/12/2013 I decided to follow up as I have not received any feedback what so ever, I was told that my phone had water damage. I asked Owen to ask the "technical team" to please re-check the phone as what I explained to him that the phone was working and it did not come off hard reset so it must be a software fault, Still did not help and no reply. I phoned customer service were I got the same answer, water damage and a bit later got an SMS saying that my phone is being send back to Port Elizabeth with out being fixed. I have been with Nashua for 5 years now and spends between R20 000-R50 000 p/ year and that is how you get treated. Will never recommend anyone to go with them, the service is only there until contract is signed...
