Amazed at lack of service

This is my second complaint re Cell C. A consultant contacted me after I posted the Complaint. She asked me a few relevant questions and said 'she would get back to me'. More than a week later? Nothing! And I am still paying for something I don't have. I have reached the end of my tethers. Where to
from here?
