Cell C
No network coverage from 6pm till 6am

I upgraded with Cell C in March this year, regretfully. I am a Nashua Mobile customer. From day 1, I have had problems. And recently it has become worse. For the past three months I don't have network coverage from 6pm every evening till 6am the next day. I am unable to send a text, access emails or use the internet at all.

I am paying a lot of money for this contract and for what? To use during the day? Ever since Cell C has been advertising aggressively the way they have, this problem has occurred. Did they not think of the consequences of this before doing so. If you are advertising the cheapest rates, obviously you will have a bigger customer base. But what about your coverage? How do you service all these customers if your coverage is weak.

I am extremely disappointed with Cell C as I previously had great service from you.
