Multichoice cannot provide invoice

I requested an invoice from Multichoice 2 times telephonically and 4 times in writing by email for my DSTV annual subscription. I was promised on 24 May 2013 that I will receive it in 24 hours but despite half a dozen requests, I have still not yet received it. Reference for my request is 3504058. Multichoice sent me a statement which I acknowledged receipt of but specifically requested an invoice. I went through great pains educating the staff members about the difference between a statement and an invoice. However they did not seem to understand and it appears that Multichoice is employing useless, inexperienced and incompetent people. I threatened to report this to the press and HelloPeter.com but they have a no care attitude.
