Incapability of resolving a problem

We have a problem with a Samsung Galaxy Chat and we had to send it in 6 times before they wanted to exchange the phone where the problem persisted. With the calling of the shop and call centres they where incapable of helping and the VODACOM RIVERWALK personal refused to answer the phone... we were told to phone back in 15min (in which time the shop will be closed) and then the phone kept on being busy (maybe the took it off the line).

We had problems with our phones for 6months in which he never called us first, every time we had to go there and find out how far is the process.

Unacceptable service for a paying customer.
