R2000 for 1 gig data!!!

I tried phoning you on 182 155 (Data related query) and i have been holding for 35 min and gave up, hopefully you will contact me shortly...
You are charging me R2000 for 1 Gig of information, I have another contract ewith Vodacom and am currently paying R100 for 4 Gig, why the masive difference and now you say you will take 14 days to get back to me??
