Airtime dissapearance

Loyal Customer for 14 years since 2001, very disappointed now!

I had _ R16, 00 of airtime on my mobile cell and it just disappear this morning, when i call service desk" 173n to enquire the lady who was not even sounding clear, sad to me that i subscribe to some service and those are the people who took my money /Airtime and promise to send am e-mail to those people i do not know to terminate the subscription and the sms will confirm the termination, indeed after few minutes SMS came and informed me about the termination. My wife had a similar problem with "MTN" 2 WEEKS AGO. Were are going with this network that is cheating us with so many scandals and still pursue their daylight robberies i think Mtn must give me my airtime together with my wife. I am planning to live this network as soon as my contract expire.
