Hi Londiwe Of Virgin Mobile,
Thanks for the compensated airtime (R30) sent in as promised but unfortunately again R8 was deducted without making any call, because i was worried airtime would disappear as in previous cases if i call with it. This morning after trying to use the balance airtime so as not to disappear on a call of 5.45mins, the balance airtime is gone. I would be so glad if my Top Up contract could be cancelled and also my top up airtime uploaded as money has been deducted from my account and and am yet to be credited with it.
I have been trying in the past 3days to cancel my contract and even went to your Sandton branch to fill in a form for cancellation. I hope the cancellation would be treated once and for all. Please i need your help here.
