I have never experienced such poor service! UPGRADE! I upgraded three weeks ago and was told that effectively my upgrade only comes into effect on the 24th January so they'll send the new handset then. I was told the phone would be dispatched immediately on that date. Then when I called to confirm that it would be delivered I was told they had no stock! When I complained to the gentleman that had done the upgrade on the Monday suddenly there was a phone and was being couriered that night. Today some in Customer Services calls me to tell me it can only delivered NEXT Friday the 8th February! WHAT!!! So thank you very much Autopage.. I'll be paying for a contract that is in force already, BIS etc etc etc with no handset! Oh and just by the way..I've been a client for 15 years... thanks for treating me like this... appreciated! No really... everyday of my life I want to be treated like this... oh and please don't send me sms' calling me a valued customer... heaven knows if you treat your "valued customers" like this then how do the rest get treated???
