MTN Contract Service Call Centre Not Available

I Currently own a samsung S4 with MTN since July this year upon my upgrade, now The mobile seems to have a factory fault as it just restart s itself every time and never powers on unless charged again, now the problem is that since My device is insured I need to book the mobile in for repairs so that I can get a temporal one to use. I was promised that I will get a mobile to use in case of damage but now seems the call centre doesn't exist. I called several times on 0831236084 with no luck, I even went to the MTN outlet store in Parktown and one of the consultants was so helpful, she tried calling the MTN contract department as well but ended up giving me an email to use for one of the contract department guys I must admit she was so helpful, however the contract department is nowhere to be found and now I cannot get a phone to use temporarily while waiting for mine to be repaired. whats the point of paying so much for a mobile service and get no service in return, how can such a large service provider have a call centre that seems not to even have service consultants. I am reaaly unhappy eith the service as much as I always use MTN but i must admit this is a very bad service.
