MTN not responding

I am currently under debt review and requested a settlement letter from MTN legal on the 08/11/2013. I got an automated email informing me they will get back to me in 25 days. Today is the 09th of December 2013 and still nothing yet. I simply want to settle the account yet MTN is not getting back to me. Ive called them countless times without any luck.

My reference number is 03749789.
