Account resolution

HI there

I am under debt review but it seems that the wrong reference was used when making the payments.
My account number is 00394471 but it seems that the reference that was used is 05092160.
Please note that the second account that was also paid with this debt review is my wife's account, Mrs. A.Chetty - Account ref. 00626535.
Her account is now paid up but my account has received no payment as per your legal department.
Both accounts were paid the same amount at the same time.
Please assist as I would like the paid up letter in order to complete my debt review.
I have called numerous times and i am told by legal that they cannot assist and i need to sent my statements to custserv@cellc which i have done and i still have no response.
