No telephone for 5 weeks

On 4 November reported telephone fault. Since then the longest it works is one day after a Techie comes out. Since 17 November, no response & no reaction to fix. I have used Telkom's internet service to report on line but cannot because the fault from 17 November to now has not been closed off. World class African Country my backside.
