NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF QUERY, now intent to summons

For 2 months, we have been trying to get some sort of attention regarding an exorbitant amount that was billed to one of our accounts phones.
This particular account has an allowance of 500mg per month of data. As per Autopages OWN records when they send the monthly sms notification of data used, this phone did not exceed this allowance. In fact, it was substantially under at a use of only 350mg!!! Autopage have billed us for R934.00 worth of OVER-USAGE!! We have phoned and sent emails, and we have gotten very little relevant information as to how this occurred. Hardly a month goes by where we are not querying either a double deduction, or fighting just to get a statement!! The service is DISGUSTING and if we weren't locked into contracts with them, we would be with another provider.
We have continued to pay ALL amounts due both before and after this amount, except the unexplained R934.00. Now Autopage have sent an intent to prosecute if this amount was not paid by the 8th. WE REFUSE TO BE BULLIED INTO PAYING AN AMOUNT THAT WE ARE STILL, AFTER 2 MONTHS, WAITING FOR AN EXPLANATION ABOUT!!!
