Telkom has erroneously signed me up for a contract which I do not use and have been trying to rectify with them for the past 5 months.
At first they sent me between the call centre and the Store
Then they send me between departments and every department says that they referred it to another department and the case is closed on their side.
The Call Centre Managers are not helpful and never come back to me as promised (Tyrone and Sizwe)
This is poor service in rectifying a problem which they caused and are continuously billing me extra for.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FROM TELKOM HELP!!

POOR SERVICE & BILLING PROBLEMS
