My cellphone was over a week ago and i reported it to cell c via contact centre. I called them twice and was told on both occasions they were having a system error when trying to blacklist the phone.on the 3rd time i called i was told it has to be done via a store where they would fax it through which i did. When i called 3 days later there was no trace of the fax. This is frustrating to me as what is the point of having the benifit to blacklist a phone when the provider cannot even deliver contradicting the very reason we have a blacklist option available. Furthermore I am unable to even open a case and claim insurance due to this inefficiency. There is absolute no concern for me and my situation. I have been a loyal client for many years and have 2 contracts with you as well as a prepaid line. I would expect more concern and willingness to help in this regard. I called again requesting the blacklisting form be emailed to me and the lady blatantly hung up on me. Making your clients feel valued is clearly not 1 of your strong points. I have already been violated by the and the lack of empathy form your staff is disgracefull.( phne- 0843293852, IME 352773056372887
