I PURCHASED 3G PACKAGE WITH UNISA AND SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION TO SOUTHGATE 071213 TO PROCESS, BEING TOLD TO EXPECT 24 HR TURNAROUND TIME WAS ADVISED ON 091213 MONDAY THAT THE SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED. SOUTHGATE BRANCH WAS UNABLE TO BE CONTACTED! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AFTER TRYING THE ENTIRE MONDAY TO FIND THE PROBLEM WITH THE 180 CUSTOMERCARE CALL CENTRE. I JUST FIND LEGISLATIONS WEIRD AROUND A SIMCARD, WHEN I DO HAVE 2 ACTIVE SIMCARD WITH TELKOM, THEY UNABLE TO ACTIVATE A THIRD SIM. TELKOM PLEASE NOTE NO OTHER COUNTRY WORRY SO MUCH ABOUT PAPERWORK ON A SIM CARD THAN SOUTH AFRICA, YOUR PROCESSES ARE RIDICULOUS... BUT IM EXPECTING SOUTHGATE BRANCH TO PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP.
