Bad Services at Telkom Mobile in Southgate

Hi my name is Samantha Phillips... I went to Southgate on Monday for my upgrade, i filled in the upgrade form and the consultant that help me told me that there's no cell phone's available at that moment, i understand that. I was told that he will phone me in 24 hours that was Monday. Today is Thursday and i still haven't heard anything from anyone. and when i call no-one even picks up the phone. And this been going on for the last 3 days. Please assist.
