On 11 July 2013, I went to 8ta/Telkom Mobile store in Southgate. A gentleman by the name of Kgomotso was helping me regarding my phone. It needed a software upgrade because I failed in downloading anything from my Play-store.

Firstly the new look of the store is AMAZING!! Secondly, I want to commend you on the efficiency of your staff members. My phone did not require to be booked in of which would take several days for a possibly minor issue instead Kgomotso used the skills he has and sorted me out, turnaround time was less than 3 hours and for that WELL DONE 8ta! You are soon to lead the country's network in terms of customers, cheap data rates, amazing contract deals.
