BAD ATTITUDE AND SERVICE FROM CARL

On 8-12-13 I applied for a extra line on my current Vodacom contract which to my amazement has been cancelled after I've been a Vodacom customer for more than 6 years. I was told my app was declined due to arrears on my account of R105 for an upgrade I did 2 weeks ago. NO communication was sent to me to inform me that I will be liable to pay R05 for admin fee which I was forced to pay on 8-12-13. I was then told that after paying the R105 I could reapply after 1 hour, called the account dept after 1 hr Laurelle informed me that the app will go through after 10 minutes I waited 30 minutes in the store and the app was declined yet again. I called the accounts dept and spoke to an utterly rude and arrogant CARL who informed me he cannot speed the system up to allocate my payment, when I asked him to check the prev comments for Laurelles update he asked me WHAT DO I KNOW ABOUT COMMENTS BEING UPDATED. Carl was very rude and probably thinks he owns Vodacom definitely doesn't have a clue what customer service is, THANKS TO CARL I WILL BE CANCELLING MY UPGRADE TODAY WITH VODACOM AND PORTING MY NUMBER TO MTN.
