My name is Carl Lynch, i have 3 cell phone contracts with Vodacom in which i want to cancel due to incorrect billing, however i am given no choice but to pay. I received my monthly bill where i am charged a ridiculous amount over phone calls which i have not made on a sim card which was destroyed after activating the phone. As per Vodacom accounts depart. i am liable for these charges, i informed them that i called this number it rang which means it is in use and clearly not by me!! i have been informed that they are unable to trace who is using the number because and i quote "we are not a law enforcement agency" - said with a bad attitude and no sensitivity to my situation!! WHO IS SUPPOSE TO PROTECT THE CUSTOMER IF YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER CANT DO THAT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS SERVICE, I WANT THIS MATTER ESCALATED. THEREAFTER I WANT NO RELATION WITH VODACOM WHAT SO EVER!! I WILL NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE PROVIDER TO ANYONE.
