RUDE STAFF MEMBERS AND UNRESOLVED QUERY TWO MONTHS

I AM SO FRUSTRATED THAT AFER HAVING A CELLPHONE CONTRACT (CELL NUMBER 079 8933 590) FOR THREE YEARS AND PAYING MY ACCOUNT OF R380 PMREGULARY AND MY CONTRACT ENDED ON 31 MARCH 2013 AND BAYPORT ARE SENDING ME UP AND DOWN BUYING AIRTIME AND REFERRING ME TO VODACOM AND VODACOM REFERRING ME TO BAYPORT IN HAVING MY CELL NUMBER CONVERTED TO A PREPAID NUMBER AND NOT LEAVING IT AS A CONTRACT (WHICH HAS ENDED). THE CALL CENTRE STILL HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL ME OFFERING ME ANOTHER CELL PHONE CONTRACT AND WHEN I AM TELLING THEM ABOUT MY FRUSTRATION WITH THE PREPAID CONVERSION THEY DROP THE PHONE IN MY EARS.THEY HAVE EVEN TOLD ME THAT THEIR SYSTEMS WILL UPDATE 'SOON' AND I MUST WAIT.THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND VERY UNFRIENDLY.I AM SO UPSET THAT I EVER DID BUSINESS WITH THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY.
