On 28 Nov i ordered a mobile sim from Afrihost and the amount for Nov was deducted from my account a Afrihost consultant told me that i would receive the sim on the 29 Nov or at the latest 2 Dec. On 4 Dec another amount was deducted from my account and i still have not received my sim. I have spoken with numerous consultants and every time i got the same answer they can see i paid and that they do not know what's going on. Some said i must just follow the process via client zone on when it will be delivered but it has been stuck on payment verified from Thursday 28 Nov. They also do not want to put me thru to a supervisor or a manager to further enquire about my problem.
