Cancellation of contract and airtime loss

My contract was cancelled without my consent or knowledge and my remaining airtime of r200-00 was just taken away. Nobody can tell me why or who has done this and are now chasing me to the competitors. My last interaction on the phone with them i asked for a reference number and they conveniently "CUT" the call
