Cannot receive calls or sms's

Last week Saturday (30/11) I had a sim swop performed by Vodacom Eastgate. Since then, I have not been abke to receive calls or sms's, despite numerous calls to the helpline and visits to various Vodacom outlets. I am getting beyond frustrated with this issue.
