5 days to get a swim swop activated after contract upgraged. Phone curretnly only able to make calls - cannot receive calls nor sms's. 2 visits to the vodashop plus numerous calls to 0821945 and 082111 unfruitfull.
what terrible service. terribly dissatisfied customer!
