My son inlaw has not been able to make or receive calls since yesterday 09 Oct 2013 from about 9h30. I had phoned the call centre of which they had informed me that a sim swop took place. I never requested such a swop. I was told that a request will be put through for the swop to be reversed. today I am told that it was a staff mistake and it will be resolved, we were informed that we need to remove the sim and battery and replace it and then do manual network selection. We did that. He can now receive call, but is still not able to make calls or send messages. It says that the account has been suspended. This sim needs to corrected immediatly as it was a vodacom mistake. My sun inlaw can not carry on with his business as he can not communicate!!! Any funds that he had on the phone must still be there too, if it is gone vodacom will reimburse me as it is there fault. Please ensure this account is active before end of business TODAY!!!
