Reported noise on landline 3 times 8/11; 27/11; 1/12 still not repaired. Technician arrives on weekend without appointment nor warning WHEN NO ONE IS THERE then says the problem is fixed!!! They get paid overtime!!! Try phone 10210 & wait for 1 hour NO REPLY!! 3 DAYS IN A ROW!! REALLY SERVICE!!! WHAT NOW!!
