They never bothered or cared to call back

I've called Cell C's customer care to get an early contract cancellation quotation. Today was the third time.

The first problem I've encountered is, there is no direct contact number for their cancellations department, which is unreasonable as every other service provider gladly gives you this information.

Second: They will only respond to your request within 24 to 48 working hours. How long does it take one person, to pull up your account information, see the outstanding terms on your contract, and calculate a quotation from that information?

Third: On all my previous attempts to contact them, I supplied their customer support with an alternative number to contact me on, as the number in question is in use by my spouse. The first time, they called her, she then gave them my alternative number, and then never bothered again to contact me on that number. The second time, they never called any of the numbers I gave them, not even the one currently on contract.

If I cancel or not, they still make money out of me, so I don't see why it should take this long (and with this amount of effort) to get a cancellation quote out of them.
