Speed Stick Returned Due To No Network Coverage

Tuesday 03/12/2013 I bought a Huawei E 1820 Dongle In the area that I live - Lindhaven been a network problem for the past 6 months A technician came out also and reported the problem Nothing has been done to resolve this issue Why have a device but no network Today I had time to return the dongle After 101 questions and explanations A form was filled in and I was told to fetch my money after 5 o'clock today When I paid the store got their money immediately I overheard them discussing me in an African Language Linda became verbally aggressive towards me as a paying client To me that sort of client service is not acceptable
